4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Hidden underground utilities

  • Pre-existing structural issues

  • Conditions beyond our control (weather, erosion, etc.)

Clients must disclose irrigation lines, cables, septic systems, or other underground hazards.

6. Warranties

  • Plant warranties depend on the species and installation conditions.

  • Turf, pavers, lighting, and other products may include manufacturer warranties.

  • Broward Landscape is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or natural events.

7. Limitation of Liability

Broward Landscape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project in question.
